Not my best work, but it'll do. 
To be honest, I started drawing this back in February. I got excited about drawing it, then I sorta lost my inspiration until the past few days. It's a present for my mom's friend for coming in and taking professional family photos for us for free. I just wanted to give this to her as a thank you gift. She really likes to arts and crafts, not to mention photography and other things, so I think she'll like it. <3 Hope you guys like it too! Not my best, I could do better, but I welcome constructive criticism anyway. ;D

It has a fantasy theme to it doesn't it? I think that's what I like best about it.

Overall Vision Originality
Technique ImpactIn my opinion, it is BEAUTIFUL work! I really love it! It looks like they only bloom at night, at a time when shooting stars happen, which would be very rare to find and see.
Hence would be your title fit.
Such beauty in work I love how the ripples work and reflect the stars above so wonderfully impact the whole picture.
The moon stands out also along with how the droplets just slide along the the flowers leaves
Such rare flowers that only appear during shooting stars wold make anyone want to make a special wish at only those times.
Calling them, special wishing star flowers.
